John Metcalfe Wham Reservoir Race

5k race from the Albion pub, Whitworth road, cracking race this evening, starting off on road, 2 decent climbs, then onto trail and 2 laps of the reservoir, back onto the trail and back down the hill. A little bit of everything and a great evening run, one to do.

Results will be on http://www.ukresults.net/2011/metcalfe.html  and a big thanks to Andy O'Sullivan for another good race.
